I am being An Alien in Japan

The world is runing and changing too first. People nervous and paralise on the changes. No doubt that the change always comprise with the individual rights and every people must have a human rights. Human right has its ground and the ground that protects whenever you travel and live around the world, especially in developed countries. I am being in Japan for a short period of time as a forigner residents. 

When I got to Japan, firstly, have to go a local Ward Office to register and to issue a foreigner residential permits. The govenment issued a 'Great Card' which is called ALIEN REGISTRATION CARD. How come I am being an ALIEN in Japan now rather a human foreigner. I was supprised and shocked on the first time.
Now, the govement is thinking on it and foreigners are not ALIEN, but they are human beings. What will next? The ALIEN registration procedure will be abolished and replacement will be made for JUMINHYO..If you go and stay in Japan for along period of time then you need this card for officially permitted to stay in Japan....Alien...
